About this event

Kathy Sawyer, a long-time Memphis investor with experience across multiple real estate strategies, will share how co-living and other residential affordable-housing models can create strong, reliable returns in today’s market. This session is ideal for new and experienced investors who want to understand emerging demand in residential housing, including co-living, sober living (such as Oxford House), and senior residential living. Kathy will also walk through the creative financing she used to acquire her current co-living property, including hard money and owner financing. Whether you’re actively investing or exploring new opportunities, this talk will give you practical, local insight you can use right away.
