Fotios (Foti) Karastamatis has been investing in real estate for more than 30 years, building and asset‑managing a diverse portfolio across CA, TN, MS, FL, SC, and IN. His experience spans land, single‑family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial and industrial spaces. Today, he is invested as an owner, GP or LP in more than 720 multifamily doors, 329 indoor/outdoor and climate‑controlled RV storage units, a 190‑acre ranch, and several SFR's 
 

In addition to his investment work, Mr. Karastamatis currently serves as President of the Memphis Investors Group (MIG), a non‑profit NREIA chapter with over 200 members. He previously served on the MIG Board of Directors and held the role of Treasurer. Throughout his years of involvement with MIG, he has frequently spoken and taught at meetings and events, and has devoted countless hours to one‑on‑one conversations with investors seeking guidance, clarity, or direction.


His construction management background includes overseeing multiple hotel and commercial projects across NC, SC, GA, and FL totaling more than $120 million. As a construction superintendent in Memphis, he managed the ground‑up construction of more than 50 tax‑credit built‑to‑rent homes.

As former President/CEO of Karastamatis Enterprises dba Titan Construction, he developed extensive expertise in major structural repairs, large‑scale renovations of occupied multifamily buildings, commercial tenant improvements, and residential remodels. He brings significant hands‑on experience in design/build projects and is known for successfully navigating complex construction challenges, including hillside additions built beneath existing structures. He also worked closely with property management companies for more than 12 years, giving him a well‑rounded understanding of operations, maintenance, and long‑term asset performance.
