Landon K. Williams is a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield │Commercial Advisors.

Landon’s practice at CW│CA focuses on Investment Sales for Industrial, Office, Retail, and Multi-Family products in the Real Estate Capital Markets. Landon works with investors to discover and form their investment goals and implement a plan to achieve those goals.

Prior to joining CW│CA, Landon worked as a sports agent, representing professional athletes and coaches. His extensive and sophisticated negotiation experience includes Matt Cain’s 2012 $127.5M contract, the largest contract in MLB history for a right-handed pitcher at that time. His proven track record negotiating large-dollar, high-profile contracts translates well into arranging complex real estate transactions for CWCA’s clients.

This was evident in Landon’s work on Mid-America Apartments’ build-to-suit headquarters in Germantown, and numerous other dealing for clients who have included Faropoint Ventures, Real Capital Solutions, Titan Manufacturing & Distribution, Clark & Clark, Highwoods Properties, Radians, and C-III Capital Partners.
