We accept sponsors only if they agree to uphold our Code of Ethics and operate in a field that provides value to real estate investors. Our goal is to offer our Members access to contacts, resources, and businesses that may be beneficial to their investing activities.

However, all Sponsor relationships are caveat emptor.
We expect every Member to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any contract with, or otherwise doing business with, any current or former Sponsor.
MIG does not guarantee the performance, services, or outcomes of any Sponsor, and Members should evaluate each opportunity independently.
