Section 8 Properties - Watch List!!

Heard from a fellow investor in Dallas, their Section 8 rents are being reduced 10% effective with the current month and landlords are asked to either agree to the reduction or else payments will stop. The blame is being placed on the Sequester. If you have any Section 8 properties, you may want to make plans now what you will do if the same excuse is used here to reduce payments further.
