We have formed a small group of investors who are private lenders (sometimes called Hard Money lenders). We will be meeting on the third Monday of each month at the office of 901Realtors, 2811 Clarke Road in Memphis.
If you have a deal and are in need of financing, we invite you to come to our meeting, and put your deal in front of our group! It’s quite possible that one (or more) of our members will be able to help you.
We are NOT a consortium or organized lending agency, but a group of individual investors. You’ll find that we have as many different lending criteria as we have lenders, and a deal that one lender won’t touch might be exactly what another lender is looking for!!
You that you’ll find a room full of creative deal-makers with a broad range of experience in lending, as well as all phases of real estate investing.
