The Memphis Investors Group is pleased to have a panel of experts from local businesses that well help maintain your real estate business. This is your opportunity to ask questions regarding how to protect your property from intruders, legal issues between landlords and tenants, proper insurance coverage that you should have on your rental property, accounting issues, and building renovation. This is a rare opportunity to get invaluable advice as a member of MIG, or as an investor who is just starting out and needs some guidance.
The main meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and our Early Bird session begins at 6:00 p.m. Along with networking, Arnold Dormer will be hosting "Getting Started in Real Estate". Arnold's early bird session is a must for anyone interested in how to get started in real estate investing. MIG is very fortunate to have Arnold openly share his knowledge and years of experience with members and newbies. Attending Arnold's "Getting Started in Real Estate " class will save you time and money and it is free to those who attend the meeting.

From Downtown
From I-240 either East or West, take the Germantown/Poplar exit 15 A East (highway 72). Once on Poplar Ave, prepare for a left hand turn. Turn left at first traffic light onto Ridgeway Loop road. Stay in the left hand lane until you turn left at second traffic light onto Ridge Lake Blvd. The hotel will be straight on the left hand side. The hotel is the 27 story glass tower on the left.
From Germantown
Go west on Poplar. Turn slight right toward Ridgeway Loop Rd. Take the first right onto Ridgeway Loop Road. Turn Left at Ridgeway Center Parkway. Continue onto Ridge Lake Blvd. The hotel will be straight on the left hand side. The hotel is the 27 story glass tower on the left.
