Our Members are the very core of our organization, and we are continually striving to improve the quality and increase the number of membership benefits we can make available. Here’s a brief description of benefits our members currently enjoy:

• Access to our monthly meetings. Every dues-paying member gets a “free pass” to attend our regular monthly meetings without paying any additional admission fees. The general public pays $20 per meeting (except first time free).
  
  
• Monthly Marketing Session. This is a segment of our monthly meetings that provides an opportunity for those present to present their individual deals, buy, sell, and trade. If you have a property to sell or a deal to make, this is the place to be! (Please note that MIG does NOT organize, facilitate or endorse any specific real estate transaction; any transactions actually occurring are between the principal parties involved only).
  
• Monthly Speakers. We have been continually bringing our members the very best and highest quality educational speakers around. Always timely and directly related to your real estate business, topics will range from education on upper-level investment strategies to taxation issues to asset protection, property management and even how to get started in the business – and everything in between! • Monthly Newsletter. This is our highly-informative, monthly publication with important articles, calendar events, sponsor specials and opportunities presented FREE to our members. This publication comes FREE and ONLY to our members every month for the duration of their membership.

Since continued education at all levels is so vital in this business, from time to time we will feature special seminars and workshops in addition to our regular monthly meetings. • Buying Power. As we grow, it is our intent to entitle YOU to memberships in credit unions, travel clubs, telephone long distance carriers, and warehouse merchants. MIG wants to extend its buying power to YOU.

• Our yearly dues are $150.00 per person, per year;
  
• Any regular dues-paying member may have one (1) other member join at the “spouse rate” of $75.00 per year (must be relative living in same household);
  
• MIG only offers a yearly membership;
  
• Newcomers/Guests may attend their first meeting free of charge and without obligation. Thereafter, returning guests must elect to either join MIG as a member (enjoying all member-level benefits) OR guests may elect to continue attending our monthly meetings without obtaining membership at a “per meeting” charge of $20 per person. Non-members ARE NOT eligible for any other member benefits. Each person may only attend ONE (1) free meeting.
